Introduction

After the primer has dried, a roller should be used to apply the topcoat, forming a protective layer.


Finishing and Quality Control


Any overflow or irregular parts of the applied paint should be trimmed and removed. The dimensions and patterns of the markings should be checked to ensure they meet the design requirements and quality standards. The pavement should only be opened to traffic after the markings have fully cured and been deemed合格.


Quality Assurance


All incoming materials must be accompanied by quality certification documents and undergo sampling inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements. The construction process should be monitored throughout to ensure that each step is carried out in accordance with the specifications. After completion, the pavement should undergo visual inspections, thickness measurements, and adhesion tests to ensure that all indicators meet the design requirements and relevant standards.


Maintenance


Regular cleaning and maintenance of the color pavement are necessary to maintain its good anti-slip performance and aesthetics. Any damaged areas should be repaired or repainted promptly.
